We start with a Consult / Movement Assessment, then you will be sent an invite to join my training app.

Online Coaching Includes:

FITNESS

  • Custom workout plan including rest times, form notes & demo videos

  • Custom warm up to increase mobility & address your imbalances or areas of concern

  • App includes tracking weights, sending me form videos & commenting on your workouts so I can make adjustments as needed

NUTRITION

  • Calories & macros calculated according to your goals & your body’s needs

  • Not comfortable tracking? Meal structure provided to ensure you still reach your goals

  • Snack, meal, grocery shopping & meal timing recommendations

  • App includes food diary so I can coach you through your daily nutrition

LIFESTYLE

  • Daily water intake & step count

  • Behavior change homework like journaling activities, reworking morning / nighttime routine, etc. assigned as needed to create lasting lifestyle change

  • Guided monthly progress checks

  • App includes habit tracking & body metrics so we can monitor consistency & results
